How is your programme different to other programmes out there?
This programme centres on what you need to eat for health and weight loss, not what others think you need. It is flexible, supportive and you get the added bonus of real life, real time coaching, drawing on the extensive knowledge of Rebekah and her experienced coaching.
How long will it take to lose 10kgs?
Weight loss depends on how we nourish ourselves, our mindset, our stress management and many other factors. In this programme the aim is to create a new normal of how you eat, drink, exercise, think and perceive. The bonus outcome of this new normal is that your body will lose weight, without the effort of constantly calorie counting, weighing food, avoiding “naughty” foods and deprivation.
Will I have to adapt my eating once I get to my goal?
When we eat right for our body, our lifestyle and when we get to a point where we are listening to our body and feeding it in the way that it needs, our body will naturally change what it wants to eat.
What food can I eat?
There are no “naughty” foods or diet plans on this programme. However, there is a strong focus on integrating healthier ways of eating, crowding out the foods that don’t serve us or our body. We do this by integrating one change at a time, creating your new normal.
Is it just a weight loss programme?
Working with Rebekah is never just one thing. Whilst you’ll be focusing on implementing behaviours that support your weight loss goals, Rebekah is always aiming to empower you with knowledge.
